Voluble is a spiral-like movement. Dispersion is the separation of light into colors, diffracting into its primary components.
On a micro-level, there are many things happening, just like looking at the TV very closely, there are many different colors and details, and it is impossible to make sense of the overall picture. But on a macro-level, the change of textures is easily perceived. This piece progress by changing between contrasting textures and it concludes abruptly just as how it begins.
