Il entend encore cette même musique. Toujours sur ce vieux disque vinyle. Toujours sur cette vieille platine qui ne marche pas toujours bien, qui ralentit ou s'accélère, et qui oblige les oreilles et le coeur et le temps lui-même à adapter sa marche aux caprices de la machine…La fenêtre continue à s'ouvrir et se fermer avec le vent, et colore de temps en temps la symphonie avec le murmure des vagues…Immobile, il observe la marche lente et ininterrompue des lézards dans le plafond. Ils font deux pas, puis ils restent immobiles…Ces lézards, impuissants face aux forces énormes et géantes, et pourtant, avançant toujours. Allant toujours quelque part, avec obstination, s'accrochant au plafond ou au mur ou aux pierres où les vagues s'écrasent….. C'est quoi l'échelle humaine ?.....S'il te plaît, mon Dieu, aide-moi. S'il te plaît. Aide-moi…

He hears again that same music. Always on that old vinyl record. Always on that old phonograph that doesn't work too well, that runs forward or stays behind, making the ears and the heart and time itself march to the pace of the machine…The window goes on opening and closing itself with the wind, coloring the symphonie with the waves' rumour…Still, he observes the slow and eternal walk of the geckos on the ceiling. Two steps, and then still again…Those lizards, helpless in between these mighty forces, but always moving forward. Always going somewhere, with stubbornness, hanging to the ceiling or to the walls or to the rocks where the waves crush…..What is the human scale ?.....Please, God, help me. Please. Help me…
