This presentation introduces two software developments, TS2 and Analyse, heirs of the tools offered by the AudioSculpt environment. The IRCAM Lab. TS2 is a sound processing software developed within IRCAM’s IMR department. Built around the SuperVP (Super Phase Vocoder) audio engine, developed by the Analysis-Synthesis team, the TS software offers the possibility of modifying and creating new sounds using transpositions, time stretching and resynthesis tools. In the framework of the IRCAM Forum, the new possibilities related to the multichannel support and the spectral clipping filter of the latest version of TS2 will be presented, among others. Analyse is a software development project allowing to visualize and edit audio analyses generated by plugins. The objective is to offer a simple but dynamic interface meeting the expectations of research in signal processing, musicology and compositional practices.
