Le titre fait référence a l'idée que ce travail n'est qu'un des possibles résultats a obtenir des procédures et des matériaux utilisés dans sa création. Il fait également une référence indirecte au poème "Altazor" (1919) écrit par le poète avant-gardiste Vicente Huidobro.
Le travail explore le paradoxe de différentes structures qui arrivent a se cacher par accumulation, normalement contradictoires entre eux, de sorte que ce qui on obtient comme résultat est simplement construit par les restes fragmentaires des forces impliquées.
Interalia a été écrit pour le Centre Acanthes 2010, et est dédié à James Dillon, avec gratitude et admiration, à l'occasion de son 60ème anniversaire.
